Here is a quick 9-item list of things NOT to to do when you start to feel overwhelmed.  It comes from time-strategy guru Tim Ferriss, from his incredibly useful book, The 4-Hour Work Week.

Just a note on that book, after reading it I don’t work 4 hours a week.  I know that the author Tim Ferriss doesn’t either.  That’s just a catchy title, but there is tons of great content in the book.  If you haven’t read it, read it now!  You can get it on or with these links.
